Azuro - Property Management

Design Goals

  • To build trust and transparency with the customer.

  • To convey how Azuro is different from brokers and explain different types of services Azuro offers.

Website Design

Azuro’s goal is to provide convenience to homeowners, the website design needed to be minimal and easy to follow. The target audience (homeowners) were researched with their primary and secondary personas and created design principles which helped decide upon elegant yet user friendly design solutions for the final product. A key goal was to explain to visitors the complete spectrum of services provided by Azuro. Most of them visited Azuro’s website after receiving the first call from the sales team. In this context Azuro’s website had to be an elaborate explanation after the brief conversation users had with the sales team. To convey the most effective message efficiently, I worked on several iterations and researched different navigation styles. I realised that grouping content into sections would help draw customer’s attention to specific areas, thus I divided the website into 3 parts: for owners, for tenants and about Azuro. Moreover, adding subtitles helped users read through a specific area with ease and provided visual references that supported the content further. We used Facebook, Instagram marketing to direct the users to Azuro’s website and then convert them into leads. Based on user’s feedback and heatmap analysis, the re-designed version of the website was well received.

Logo Design and Branding

Azuro’s goal is to introduce a more secure and convenient service to rent and manage property in India. Since the name Azuro is abstract and does not explicitly state company’s purpose, I decided to create a more obvious and meaningful logo that depicts housing in its simplistic form. The triangle and square in the logo show the most minimalistic form of a house. We decided to pick the color blue since Azuro’s goal is to build trust and transparency with its customers and color blue symbolizes trust, confidence, intelligence and truth.
